Kullanım Koşulları

UDOG uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
1. Lisans
Uygulama size satılmaz; kişisel veya mesleki kullanımınız için, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir lisansla sunulur. Uygulama, Apple'ın standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) kapsamında lisanslanır.
2. Kullanım amacı
Uygulama, UYAP UDF/USF biçimindeki belgeleri görüntülemek, yazdırmak ve PDF'e dönüştürmek için tasarlanmıştır. Uygulama bir belge düzenleyici değildir ve belgelerin hukuki geçerliliği, resmî tebligat süreçleri veya adli süreçler konusunda hiçbir garanti vermez. Resmî işlemleriniz için her zaman UYAP'ın resmî kanallarını esas alın.
3. Bağımsızlık beyanı
UDOG bağımsız olarak geliştirilmiş bir uygulamadır. T.C. Adalet Bakanlığı, UYAP veya herhangi bir resmî kurumla bağlantısı, ortaklığı veya onayı yoktur. "UYAP" ve "UDF" ifadeleri yalnızca dosya biçimi uyumluluğunu tanımlamak için kullanılmaktadır.
4. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde; belgelerin eksiksiz veya hatasız görüntülenmesi, kesintisiz çalışma veya belirli bir amaca uygunluk konusunda açık ya da zımni hiçbir garanti verilmez. Uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek veri kaybı, iş kaybı veya dolaylı zararlardan geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.
5. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama, tasarımı ve markası geliştiricinin mülkiyetindedir. Görüntülediğiniz belgelerin içeriği üzerindeki tüm haklar ilgili sahiplerine aittir.
6. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır; önemli değişikliklerde yürürlük tarihi güncellenir. Değişiklik sonrasında Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
7. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

By downloading or using the UDOG application (the "App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
The App is licensed, not sold, to you for your personal or professional use under a non-transferable, non-exclusive license. The App is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. Intended use
The App is designed for viewing, printing, and converting UYAP UDF/USF documents to PDF. It is not a document editor and makes no guarantees regarding the legal validity of documents, official service-of-process procedures, or judicial proceedings. Always rely on UYAP's official channels for your official transactions.
3. Independence statement
UDOG is an independently developed application. It has no affiliation, partnership, or endorsement from the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Justice, UYAP, or any official institution. The terms "UYAP" and "UDF" are used solely to describe file-format compatibility.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no express or implied warranty is given regarding complete or error-free rendering of documents, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. The developer cannot be held liable for data loss, business loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its brand are the property of the developer. All rights to the content of the documents you view belong to their respective owners.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; the effective date is updated for material changes. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
